FAQ • Delivery issues
Customer serviceYou can find the status of your order in your The Christmas Shop - Account. Here, you'll also find the link to the track & trace code. You can also find the track & trace code in the email we send you once your order has been dispatched.
The track & trace code often only starts working on the day of delivery. If the track & trace code still doesn't work, it's best to contact customer service.
We'll sort that out for you. Get in touch with customer service as soon as possible after delivery to let them know whether you'd like a refund or a replacement product. We'll then provide you with the details to return your product.
Before contacting customer service, please check the following:
- Track & trace code for your order After we shipped your order, you received an email with a track & trace code. Check if the delivery time slot has changed.
- The delivery address Are all the details you entered correct? Is the street name, house number, any additions, and postcode accurate?
- The mailbox Do you perhaps have a 'not at home' note in your mailbox and is your package with the neighbours?
If everything checks out, just wait a little longer. Usually, your package is delivered the next day, but during the Christmas period, it's often busy at DHL. Your package might take slightly longer to arrive than you're used to.
If you still haven't received your package after waiting, then contact customer service.
That's frustrating, you're looking forward to it. Head over to your The Christmas Shop - Account for the most up-to-date delivery information, or use the track & trace link in the email you received after we shipped your package.
Your package is usually delivered the next day, but during the Christmas period, our carriers are quite busy, and packages may be delivered a bit later. If your package still hasn't arrived 5 days after you received the shipping email, please contact customer service.
