How does the return request work?
- Find your order number in the confirmation email. With your email address, you can start the return request.
- Enter the product you want to return and the reason for the return. Make sure your address is still correct so we can send new products if needed.
- Once you've submitted your return request, you can send the products back with the printed return form in the box.
- Once we receive your return and the products are in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
