Buying Aladdin Christmas ornaments at The Christmas Shop
An Aladdin Christmas ornament is a hanging decoration shaped like a character or object from the Disney film, made from plastic or resin. Those materials hold fine detail and bright colour well, which is why the gold of the lamp and the blue of the Genie stand out so clearly against the tree lights.
The collection runs to six ornaments, including one that shows Aladdin and Jasmine together on the flying carpet. They sit within our wider range of Disney Christmas baubles, which you can also see in person at our shop in Delft before you decide. One practical note: plastic and resin survive a fall from a low branch, unlike glass.
Ornaments of Aladdin, Jasmine and the Genie
The lead characters form the heart of this collection. Aladdin and Jasmine come as separate figures and as a pair on the carpet, and that carpet piece is the largest of the series by some margin. The Genie appears in his familiar blue and is easily the boldest shape on the tree, which suits a character who never sits still.
The magic lamp and Jafar on your tree
Not every piece in this range is a character. The magic lamp is a gold hanging ornament that works just as well on a tree with no Disney theme at all, sitting happily alongside more traditional glass Christmas ornaments. Jafar does the opposite: dark, scheming and a welcome change from the relentlessly cheerful figures most Christmas ranges stop at.
Aladdin ornaments as a gift for Disney fans
A single ornament makes a gift that comes back out of the box every December. Anyone who grew up with the film will recognise the lamp or the Genie straight away, and one boxed piece often lands better than a full decorating set. If you collect film by film, have a look at the Frozen Christmas baubles as well.
