A pre-order is an order for a product that is not yet in stock at the time of ordering.

A pre-order works almost the same as a regular order. The only difference is that we won't ship the product until it's in stock with us. You pay for your entire order at the time of ordering and not at the time of shipment. All the items in your order will be shipped once everything is in stock. It is not possible to ship an order in multiple parts.

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order up until the moment of shipping. We will refund the purchase amount of your pre-order to your account within 14 days of cancellation. If you cancel your entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs.

Once the pre-order has been shipped, the standard 14-day return period applies.
