No, it’s not currently possible to receive your package today. If you place your order today, we usually ship it the same day and your package is typically delivered tomorrow.

Our products are delivered by DHL. DHL typically delivers on weekdays and Saturdays between 08:00 and 22:00, usually in the evening. If you choose a DHL pickup point, your package is usually ready for collection around 15:00.

Placing a business order? Then your delivery will usually be made by DHL between 09:00 and 17:00.

Yes. During checkout, select the option to pick up your package at a DHL point. You can then choose a DHL location near you. Once you’ve completed your order, your package is usually ready for pickup from 15:00 on the next working day. Your order will remain available for 7 days after the indicated pickup date.

If you order today before 5:00 PM, we'll prepare your order the same day and it will be picked up by our carrier. Sometimes, not all orders can be taken by the carrier, in which case your order will be picked up the next day. Over the weekend, we'll prepare your order, but it may not always be collected. So unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your order will also be delivered the next day.

If there's an issue with your order, for example, if something is out of stock, it may happen that we won't ship your order on the day it's placed. We always get in touch with you via phone or email.
