Description
This The Grinch Christmas village set of two consists of Max's doghouse and the sleigh with Cindy Lou Who, and is part of The Grinch Village collection by Department 56. This set of two includes the doghouse as a Christmas house and a Christmas village figurine. The doghouse is red and decorated with colourful pompoms. In front of the doghouse stands a sign with white text 'Sleigh rides!' and a green food bowl with white text Max's food. The yellow doors of the doghouse are open, with purple curtains hanging inside. On the doghouse mat lies a white dog bone. As soon as you switch on the built-in lighting, the glitter on the garland twinkles beautifully and the little house lights up in a lovely, atmospheric glow. On the red sleigh you'll find the white text 'Max's sleigh rides', with the sleigh being driven by Cindy Lou Who. Both Christmas figures stand on a snowy white base, which also provides stability for displaying them. The details on the doghouse and the text on the sleigh showcase the craftsmanship and confirm the exceptional attention to detail that Department 56 is known for. This set comes in a beautiful, sturdy gift box. This Christmas house and figurine group are part of the licensed series inspired by Dr. Seuss' beloved classic 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas!', bringing the wonderful world of Whoville to life with illuminated buildings, figures and accessories that each capture an iconic moment from the story. In short, an absolute must-have for fans and collectors of The Grinch Christmas village.
