Metzler Bros Christmas ornament - Parrot

This handmade, true-to-life glass Christmas ornament of a parrot is by Polish brand Metzler Bros. The striking parrot, also known as the blue-and-yellow macaw, features the characteristic shades of blue and yellow. Just like the real bird, the plumage on the head includes the distinctive green tip. The characteristic black-and-white area around the beak and the small dark 'feather' lines that meet at the nose and throat are also faithfully reproduced on this glass work of art. The parrot sits elegantly in place (on a perch), showing off its colourful plumage and elegant, long tail. The bird is approximately 30.5 cm long. Thanks to the refined details and sparkling glitter accents, this tropical bird truly comes to life. The unique shapes and finishes are hand-painted with great attention to detail. In short, a stunning eye-catcher in any Christmas tree.
