Buying Villeroy & Boch music boxes at The Christmas Shop
Villeroy & Boch music boxes bring sound and movement to your Christmas decorations. Each music box is made from premium porcelain, hand-finished, and plays a familiar Christmas tune as soon as you wind it up. At The Christmas Shop you'll find several models from the Nostalgic Melody collection, from a turning Santa to a gingerbread house. The design fits seamlessly with the brand's Villeroy & Boch Christmas tableware and Christmas ornaments.
A Villeroy & Boch music box is a porcelain Christmas figure with a mechanical movement: you wind it up and it plays a Christmas melody. Many models also turn on their axis as they play. The scenes range from a Santa and a nutcracker to a Christmas tree, a gingerbread house or a little shop.
Porcelain music boxes with a turning scene
The porcelain music boxes from Villeroy & Boch are more than just sound. The Santa turns to 'Santa Claus is coming to town', the Christmas tree plays 'O Christmas Tree' and the nutcracker brings 'Waltz of the Flowers', while a gingerbread house plays 'Let it snow'. Some models only play a tune, others also turn on their axis. The porcelain gives them a solid, high-quality feel.
The Nostalgic Melody collection
Nostalgic Melody gathers familiar Christmas melodies into compact scenes for the sideboard, the windowsill or the dining table. The collection includes music boxes and hanging pieces with a mechanical movement: wind them up and the melody plays. The themes run from a Christmas tree and a train to a little shop, and tie in with ranges like Toy's Delight and Winter Bakery Delight. Place one as an accent, or combine several into a quiet scene.
Music boxes as a Christmas gift and collectible
A Villeroy & Boch music box is a gift that lasts. Thanks to the fixed size and sturdy finish, you can easily store it after the holidays and set it out again next year. Many people build their collection up year after year with a new scene. Pair your music box with other Villeroy & Boch Christmas pieces, or browse the wider range of Christmas music boxes.
