Description
Bring Delft into your Christmas tree without the blue and white colours: the Nieuwe Kerk van Delft. This Christmas ornament is made of glass and designed by the team at De Ballen Uit. The rooster on top of the church is made of plastic for extra detail.
At 108.75 metres, the tower of the Nieuwe Kerk is the second tallest church tower in the Netherlands – only the Dom in Utrecht stands a little taller. It's the second church to be built in Delft, constructed after the Oude Kerk, which is exactly how it got its name. Construction began in 1381.
Hang this beautiful Christmas ornament in your own Christmas tree, or make someone else's day with the Nieuwe Kerk and its lovely gift packaging. Also available as a tree topper.
