LED candles

Buying LED candles at The Christmas Shop

LED candles are the carefree version of the candlelight we so miss at Christmas. The ones in our range are made from real wax, with a black wick and a warm little flame that moves just like a real candle. Pop one in a holder, on a dish or simply on the windowsill, and almost no one spots the difference. The Lumineo brand we stock is known for that realistic look and for its handy built-in timer.

Real wax and a flickering flame

The realistic look is all in the details. Real wax neither feels nor looks like plastic, and the black wick finishes the picture. The mix of real wax, a visible wick and a flame that flickers irregularly means that from a metre away you no longer notice there is no fire.

Safe candlelight with a built-in timer

The biggest advantage of electric candles is that you simply do not have to think about them. No open flame, no dripping wax, no smoke. With children or pets in the house, you can leave the candles burning while you step into another room. The Lumineo candles also have a built-in timer: six hours on, then off automatically, and on again the next day at the same time.

From taper candles to candles in glass

Which LED candle suits you depends mostly on where you want to place it. The slim LED taper candles look elegant in a holder or on the Christmas table, in shades from classic white to Christmas red and grey. The LED pillar candles are thicker and sturdier, lovely on a tray or windowsill. And the LED candles in glass bring a touch more luxury with their clear or smoked-glass holder. Brown and grey tones blend easily with the rest of your decorations.
