Alessi Nativity Set - Happy Eternity Baby - Set of 6

This porcelain nativity set features six figures from the 'Happy Eternity Baby' collection by Italian brand Alessi. The white grotto is decorated with a blue starry sky with white stars. Inside the grotto, there's room for the figures from the Christmas story. The Holy Family consists of a turquoise Mary, a red Joseph, and the baby Jesus. All members of the Holy Family have a gold-coloured halo. The yellow ox and the grey donkey gaze at each other lovingly. The camel 'Trino' is dark blue with a coat of golden stars. On the camel's humps sit the three crowns of the three wise men. The white Christmas angel 'Angelo Miracolo' is dressed in a white robe with white wings, yellow hair, and a golden halo. The final figure is the golden Christmas star 'Stella Cometa'. The golden star forms an arc and has a round, red star-shaped head. This Christmas star can be placed on top of the grotto. Each figure is hand-painted, making every one unique. This special and poetic interpretation of the nativity scene was designed by Massimo Giacon and Marcello Jori. The set can be expanded with all the other figures from the Christmas story – collect all 16 sets from Alessi's 'Happy Eternity Baby' collection.
